Poppy did not have such a good day today - a bit worrying she has been very sleepy and worn out for most of the day. She started the day well, with a good breakfast, and a walk to the Play Park, but then spent the whole of the rest of the day sleeping.
She perked up about 9pm, but still seemed quite lethargic. Let's hope that it is just a blip, as she is already incredibly precious to us, and I know that we may one day have to be very brave about her future. We are quite pleased, in our research we have identified that the Kennel Club do actually have a DNA register, which shows the currently known dogs/bitches who have the disease or who are carriers, or who are clear of the disease. This is very positive, as sometimes we wonder whether the "authorities" take this sort of thing seriously.
